Use of the service

  • SkipperPrep is provided for personal, non-commercial study.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You may not scrape, republish or resell the course content, or use it to train competing products.

Educational content

All content is provided for education only and is not a substitute for formal training or official publications. Our Disclaimer forms part of these terms — in particular, nothing on this site certifies you to skipper a vessel, and site content must never be used for real-world navigation.

Intellectual property

The SkipperPrep name, design and all original lesson content are the property of SkipperPrep. You may print or save extracts for your own study. Third-party names referenced for identification (such as course names) remain the property of their owners.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or withdraw features at any time and don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on this page.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkipperPrep is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
